Can we still offer free guest Wi-Fi?
Yes. You decide the price of every plan — many hotels run free basics and charge only for premium speed tiers or extended stays. Vouchers can also be free for guests.
Does the guest need an app or account to pay?
No. The captive portal works in any browser. Guests can pay with a card before full internet access is granted via temporary payment access.
